 Product Description

Jackman 14 Compact Butt Fusion Machine 1" IPS - 4" DIPS Capacity (4" IPS + 4" DIPS Inserts Included).
*4" IPS + 4" DIPS come included as built in inserts apart of the machine carriage - making the Jackman 14 ready to fuse 4" IPS + 4" DIPS pipe. 

*Additional inserts are available to fuse the additional pipe sizes: 1” IPS, 1-1/4” IPS, 1-1/2” IPS, 2" IPS, and 3" IPS. 

ADDITIONAL INSERTS SOLD SEPARATELY (CLICK HERE TO VIEW)

To work with 4" IPS and 4"DIPS additional inserts are NOT required. The Jackman 14 comes ready to fuse 4” IPS and 4" DIPS pipe with the 4" IPS buildable (master set) inserts already in place. To work with 4" DIPS simply remove the 4" IPS inserts and the main machine body will accommodate 4" DIPS.

Overview
The Jackman 14 is a mechanical butt fusion welder for joining HDPE and MDPE OD controlled plastic pipe and fittings. The Jackman 14 Butt Fusion Machine has a working range of 1” IPS to 4” DIPS with inserts sold separately. 

It is easy to operate and incorporates a state-of-the-art digital heating plate with both digital and analog temperature gauges, heavy duty cast aluminum 2 jaw machine body, electric facer, and storage stand.

Jackman Fusion Equipment 2 Year Warranty. 

Additional inserts are available to fuse the additional pipe sizes: 1” IPS, 1-1/4” IPS, 1-1/2” IPS, 2" IPS, and 3" IPS.
To work with 4" IPS AND 4"DIPS additional inserts are not required.
